Pool Opens Saturday, May 26th

Summer is rapidly approaching and the ATC pool is ready!  The weather looks great for our Noon opening Saturday for the Memorial Day weekend.  As usual, it will be weekends only until school is out, then every day until Labor Day.  Unfortunately, at this time, we are still dealing with state-wide Covid-19 restrictions.  It is our hope that as restrictions continue to ease, we can ease or eliminate the restrictions as the summer progresses.  Here is what you need to know for a great summer at the pool: 

• Pool hours are 12PM – 8:00PM — weather permitting. The pool will be open weekends beginning May 29^th until June 13^th.  Beginning June 17^th, the pool will be open every day through Labor Day.
• Club guest fees are $10.
• Swim lessons begin June 21 and many sessions are already full.  Contact Sherry at 541-979-1700 to register your child.
• Cash will not be accepted at the pool this summer.  All guest fees and concession charges will go on a member’s account.  You can pay cash in the office to cover the charges if desired.  A credit card on file is preferred.
• Please review the ATC Member’s Handbook for general club and pool policies.  Each family with a summer membership will receive an updated handbook at the pool.

Temporary Covid-19 Policies

1. Members are required to register online for a specific 2 hour session.
2. State regulations limit each session to 60 members with 20 in the pool at one time.
3. Online session registration is limited to one per day.  You will be able to register up to three days in advance.
4. If the number of registered users for a session is less than 60 when the session begins, members may join a session that they have not registered for by checking in at the gate with a pool staff member.  The session total of registered and drop-in users is limited to 60.
5. All pool users will be required to promptly exit the pool area at the end of each session in order for the ATC staff to prepare the area for the next session.
6. Family night will be limited to 7 free guests in the last session of the day.
7. The locker room/changing area and indoor showers are NOT available for use.
8. Face coverings are not required outdoors at the Club – hopefully NOT a temporary rule.

Online Registration

1. Sign up online (albanytennisclub.org) for no more than one swim session per day.  If plans change, you may cancel your reservation up to the time the session begins and register for a later session.
2. All members of a group must be listed on the registration.
3. Guests must be included in the ‘players’ list along with members.
4. Indicate the number of non-member guests in the box on the registration page.
5. On-line session registration closes when the session begins.
6. Note that the online registration limit for Session 4 (6:00pm – 8:00pm) is 50.  This allows for additional ‘family night’ users.  See Sherry (541-979-1700) to schedule your family night.

Summer memberships will remain active through October 15th for tennis and/or pickleball play. Court reservations are made using the same reservation system used for pool reservations.
