Annual Meeting and Election of Officers

The annual meeting was postponed until a later date when members will be able to attend at the club.

The annual meeting will be held on Tuesday, December 15th at 6:00pm. It will likely be a virtual affair due to Covid-19 gathering restrictions. Attendance instructions will be available before the meeting. If you are an equity member of the club, you should have already received your ballot in the mail. It will need to be received back at the club before the meeting to be counted. If you have questions about the election or did not receive a ballot, please contact Club President Werner Evans.
