COVID-19 and ATC

We are all aware of the unprecedented actions being taken to fight the coronavirus global pandemic locally and worldwide.  Each one of us must do our part and make the sacrifices necessary to help slow the spread of this deadly virus.  As of today, (March 17, 2020 – Happy St. Patrick’s Day!), the club will remain open for play on both indoor and outdoor courts with lessons and drills continuing to be available.  However, it is imperative that all members and guests help to do their part to keep everyone as safe as possible.  Therefore :

  • DO NOT come to the club if you are sick or have reason to believe that you may be infected with the virus that causes covid-19 syndrome.  We currently have no knowledge of any members that have contracted the virus.
  • Wipe down and sanitize benches, tables, or other touch points as you are able.  Please bring your own sanitizing wipes if at all possible.
  • Practice all of the ‘distancing’ strategies that we have all been having to learn.  Don’t be afraid to “break the string” if need be, your partner will understand.

Should the club be forced by state or local authorities to suspend operations, another message will be sent detailing actions that we will be taking to assure the upkeep and financial stability of the club.  We are all going to need a lot of activity when this is over and done with!

Please feel free to reach out to the board with your suggestions or concerns.
