Tennis Committee
Dick reported that the USTA leagues are underway. Check the bulletin board for team information. The ATC Senior Men’s 4.0 team will be going to Sectionals.
All 6 of ATC’s advertisements have been in the Democrat-Herald at a cost of $656. So far, 2 people have called after seeing the ads. There will also be ads in the Parks & Rec Spring brochure listing swim lessons and tennis programs for $147. Jason will take some of the ATC brochures to the YMCA.
Pro/Manager
Tim reported the Junior Tennis Team went 8-0 and is in the playoffs. Junior Team Tennis will continue through the summer.
Dick and Tim will be drafting a policy regarding high school usage of the 4 outdoor courts and rainy day usage. So far, only West Albany is using the outdoor courts during the scheduled time of 3:00-5:15. ATC members have priority over the outdoor courts, which was not clearly understood by the West Albany girls coach, thus the need for a policy.
A question was asked about if a non-member/student from a school is injured at ATC, who is liable? The school is, but this needs to be formalized.
Finance
Tom reported the new statement format may be completed by April in time for the March statement.
February Net Income $27,453
Expenses $26,651
+$802
ATC Checking balance: $10,272 and Savings balance: $32,000.

Tim also has a bid from Wally Wojtcowitz to paint the upstairs and lobby for $1,164. Jason said he could get lower paint pricing of $17/gallon versus Wally’s bid of $22/gallon.
Floor tiling, keyless entry, and painting will be discussed at the April Board meeting.

Egil asked whom the janitorial service was and how much are we paying them. The service is Monday’s Janitorial Service. The Club pays the service $220/month for twice-a-month cleaning.
John Bell asked if there was a call list for when the alarm goes off so the police don’t respond. A motion was made, seconded, and passed to have Tim and John be called.
Laura adjourned the meeting at 8:48 pm.
